These are great! Don't overbake. These are soft and chewy with great flavor. I added 1 C. of raisins. Will definitely make these again.

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

I wanted to like this more than I did. The kids thought this was good, and my husband who is not big on dessert really loved it. I thought it was good, but a bit too sweet for my personal taste. I used 4 oz. more of cream cheese as some of the reviews suggested. I think the storebought caramel sauce put me off (I'm not a big fan of it). Next time, I will use my own home made caramel sauce instead of from a jar. Overall, I would make this recipe again with different caramel topping. I think most people will enjoy it.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

Very good. I agree with other reviewers that the choice of fudge topping will influence the final outcome. I used Hersheys because that is the only kind they had at the grocery store, but it worked well. I decided to wait until the end to see if I needed the milk, and I did not need it. However, I did double the amount of vanilla. Overall, this was a creamy rich frosting that does not have the "raw/flour" taste that I have noticed in some other chocolate frosting recipes. I used it on cupcakes for my son's birthday and they turned out great. I doubled the recipe and it was just enough to generously frost 3 dozen cupcakes. I would definitely use this recipe again.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

These were okay,..my family thought they were pretty bland. I would make again, but next time, will add some garlic powder and cheddar cheese to the cream cheese for more taste.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I made this for Thanksgiving this year and was dissapointed. The flavor was good, but the texture was terrible. I read the reviews beforehand and used less broth (2 cups), but it still was gummy. Based on all the great reviews, I may experiment with it again to see what I may have done wrong.

Delicious! Both rich tasting and light textured. I used a butter recipe fudge cake mix for the cake. I think next time I will double the filling recipe.

Famous Butter Chicken

This was really delicious. The chicken was very tender and juicy. I sprinkled some garlic powder on top before putting them in to bake to give it a bit more garlic taste. I think this would also work well for chicken that has been pounded the into cutlets. Definitely a keeper!
