Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
Oh wow! This is quite delicious, thick and hearty! I subbed turkey sausage for the Italian to make it healthier and I also added fennel seeds (a must in my opinion). SO delicious with a crusty bread. I also added chicken bouillon with milk since I didn't have enough broth. Next time I will try it with part skim, part half and half to cut calories and maybe add a little bit of potato flakes to thicken. SO GOOD! Perfect for winter!
