Crab Rangoon I

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2005
I had to do some tweaking on this recipe. I only used 1/2 pound of crabmeat and added a little more soy sauce then recomended. I baked the crab rangoon for 10 minutes at 350 and then after they cooled I deep fried them for a few seconds. I had great results, they weren't too crunchy like the all deep fried ones. On a different batch when I was in a hurry I brushed oil on the crab rangoon before baking in the oven, that also was good.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2005
The chopped onions made this taste very bad, but without them it was amazing. I couldn't believe how easy they were to make too, the potatoes practically fell out of their skins. A little extra milk and a dash of salt and pepper made these very creamy and delicious.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2005
This turned out kind of gritty in my opinion and a little too cheesy if you ask me, but cheese lovers like my boyfriend thought it was delicious. I probably would've added some more chicken too to help balance the noodles out.

Very creamy and delicious, it was much better with the onions drained out.

Fruit Smoothies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2005
Very yummy, I didn't use frozen bananas or strawberry's because I didn't want to wait for them to freeze so i added a few icecubes and it was still delicious. However I didn't use quite as much Equal as recommended.
