Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This stuffing was absolutely delicious!!!!!!! I sauteed most of my celery and onions together because I cut them up together, but it was fine. I also split the celery/onion mixture about 75/25 with 75% sauteed and 25% raw which kept the texture from being to crunchy or too oniony. I made a loaf of wheat bread bread crumbs by toasting on both sides and leaving out overnight. I cut them in larger cubes, then I toasted the softer store bought (Martin's Potatobread Soft Cubes) and toasted them too. The combination of the two sizes where very appealing to the eye and tastebuds.

Mile-High Apple Pie

My kids and I made this for Christmas (we had to omit the lemon due to a citrus allergy) and it was wonderfully delicious!! It lasted all of one day!!! I plan to definitely make this again.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

This dish was very good, although it took me a lot longer than the quoted time. I think I rushed the sauce, so it wasn't very thick, but it made it seem lighter. I will make it again, but I will add some Cajun Bayou Seasoning for extra flavor. By the way, I used the bi-color fettucine instead of angel hair and it was good.

Portobello Mushroom Caps and Veggies

Really simple recipe. I added Teriyaki sauce to taste with the olive oil and a little more to the underside of the mushrooms. I also sprinkled a little Adobo seasoning and a few crushed red pepper flakes. It was tasty. I will make it again.
