Creamiest Rice Pudding
For those who are finding the pudding soupy or having difficulty with it setting up, the eggs need to cook, but not curdle. If you remove the pudding before it has thickened it will not thicken much more upon cooling. You need to let the eggs do their thing before taking it off the heat. :)

Mushroom Crusted Ham and Cheese Pie
This was so good!!! The only change I made was to finely chop a leek into the mix. I think it really flavored the dish nicely. I also replaced half of the cream cheese with cottage cheese and you couldn't tell the difference, but my diet could!
