I once tried to make a angel food cake with a cream cheese/strawberry middle and the middle was very runny for some reason.

Bubba's Jambalaya

Chicken Zucchini Casserole
This was very, very good! I doubled the recipe so that we could have leftovers and it came out perfect.

New Red Potato Salad
