Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
These were really good and super moist! The only changes I made was using wheat instead of white flour, grapeseed instead of vegetable oil and I added a splash of Kahlua to the batter. Fantastic!

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

This is fantastic and a more than filling dinner! I added some additional red pepper, a shake or two of garlic salt and put it in a whole wheat tortilla instead of a roll. It was delicious!

Lightly Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2007
This was excellent...used fat free sour cream and a reduced fat 3-blend of cheeses from Trader Joes, axed the green onions and coloring and it was perfect!

Fantastic! I served over angel food cake and lite Cool Whip. Perfect low fat dessert! Will most likely puree all of it next time around.

Angel Food Cupcakes

Perfect for a sweet, but low-fat dessert. I added 2 tsp of almond extract to the batter and topped with just a little vanilla icing when cooled. Delicious!

Fifteen Minute Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2005
Delicious...the only deviation from the recipe was that I used white beans instead of red or black. So healthy that I could have eaten the whole pot myself! Will definitely make again...thanks for this recipe Jean!

Old Bay® Maryland Crab Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2005
Fabulous recipe from a native Marylander!! I made a few variations...used mixed veggies, an extra can of sweet corn, organic beef broth and added the crab meat with the rest of the ingredients. I let it all simmer for about 25-30 minutes to allow the Old Bay to kick in! Would definitely make again!

Served this recipe this past weekend and it was fabulous!!!!! I used peach brandy instead of orange and added cinnamon before putting in into the refrigerator overnight. Definitely a keeper!
