Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Delicious! Since I have Celiac, I used gluten free all-purpose flour. I also coated the chops in unseasoned flour, then in egg, then in the seasoned flour. Even my picky eater enjoyed them.

Best Tuna Casserole

This was so yummy. We picked the recipe because of the potato chip topping, thinking it was a neat idea. The whole thing was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful recipe. It has gotten added to our regular rotation of meals.
