Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Wow, this was delicious to say the least. The coating cooks up so nice and brown in the oven. Tasted great, even the next day as a leftover! I used Panko bread crumbs instead (all I had) which seem to make a nicer breading anytime crumbs are called for. Thanks much!

Super-Duper Chili
This is awesome chili! I used ground round only as I am not a fan of sausage and forgot the salsa and it turned out great - creamy, spicy, easy and delicious. I have been looking for a great chili recipe and finally found it -who would have thought cream of mushroom??? THANKS!

Chicken Marsala
Great recipe! I doubled the sherry and the marsala so I had plenty of sauce for a side of angel hair pasta. I added a bit of chicken broth and thickened it up with just a touch of cornstarch. Like other reviewers I doubled the mushrooms and used a variety. Definately a keeper! Thanks!
