Scones

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2013
These were great! Very scone-like and just the perfect touch of sweetness. I followed the recipe exactly except that I pulled them out a couple minutes earlier than called for as mine were a little thinner. Thank you for posting this!

Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
WAY too sweet. I love mango sticky rice but with this recipe all I can taste is the sugar! Even my 15 year old son wouldn't eat more than a few bites. Cut the sugar back to a couple tablespoons and this recipe could only benefit.

Delicious Cheesy Egg Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
I love this recipe! The italian seasoning is a perfect accent and it is so easy to make. My favorite part are the crispy, cheesy corners and edges!

Fast and Easy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I would consider these to be a perfect "no syrup" pancake, so in terms of quick and easy (kids running out the door..) they're perfect for a hand-held breakfast. The sugar the recipe calls for is probably less than what you would find in syrup. I added an extra cup of flour to thicken them abit.

Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
I don't like nuts so I just went with 2 cups of chocolate chips. If you want puffy cookies go make a cake, if you want absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies that stay soft after they've cooled, then make these! If you don't give this recipe 5 stars then you're doing it wrong.

i agree with the pudding comment, although it tastes great. I just couldn't get my chocolate to melt in the time/temp specified. will make a nice ice cream topper though.
