Applesauce Raisin Cookies II

Our 8 year old son just loves them.

Apple Crisp II

Due to my husband being diabetic I replaced the white sugar with Splenda. I also reduced the amount to 3/4 cup for the Splenda & also reduced the brown sugar to 3/4 cup. We find there is no difference in taste.
