Apple Pie in a Jar Drink

I have requests for this year round. I only add 1 cup of sugar or splenda, and I always place a fresh cinnamon stick in each jar. I boil the lids and rings and actually "can" the apple pie, no refridgeration is necessary and if you can keep it around long enough will last a year or more!

Beer Bread I

This bread was not good for me.....I loved it so much that I eat an entire loaf!! I made 2 mini loafs, baked for 50 minutes and it was perfect. My diet can't take much of this awesome bread! Thanks for the Recipe.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Wow, I thought I was going to destroy this recipe when I began making my own biscuit mix and was out of shortening and butter! I used healthy olive oil in my mix (and saved my 2 tablespoons of butter for the top. Turned out wonderful!! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!

Candied Pecans

Pumpkin Roll Cake

This is the first time making a roll cake. I messed up the first one by adding the sugar to the flour mixture. The second one I made exactly as written. Both rolled up fine. The correct one was a little lighter and fluffier but both looked and tasted great! I added 1/2 cup whip topping to the filling, perfect!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Wow! I followed the recipe for all ingredients. I coated them in the flour mixture, let them sit for a few minutes and coated a second time. Sprayed with Pam and baked for 45 minutes. Put some sauce on them and baked for 5 more minutes. They were so good, I can't wait to make them when I can let them sit first. Could not tell they were baked at all. I made 24 total for 3 of us and the pan was empty within 20 minutes.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Very easy, this was the first time attempting pizza crust. My son likes to make his own personal pizzas and normally uses sandwich rounds, we were out so I used this recipe to make 8 personal pizza crusts for him to use. I went ahead and made 2 of them with toppings, he loved them. Thanks so much for such an easy recipe.

Caramelized Turnips

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

Thanksgiving Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

This is an update, I have made this many times and it is always a hit. I use the Velveeta reduced fat block cheese and slice about a pound up into one can of Cream of mushroom and one can of Cream of chicken. Microwave the soup cheese mix until the cheese is melted (about 2 minutes). Mix well. I microwave the broccoli florets and just mix them into the soup cheese mixture. Place in a casserole dish top with Veggie flavored crushed rounds. I use the butter to drizzle on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Perfect!! Thanks for this recipe!

Heather's Grilled Salmon

Loved it! Added 1 TBS of butter and brushed on the marinade on both sides. Covered with foil and after an hour baked at 375 for 20 minutes, uncovered and broiled for 5 minutes. Perfect, best Salmon I have had anywhere.

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

I didn't have time to marinate the chicken so I just coated real well with some hot wing sauce. I used half flour and half corn flour. It is the best chicken I have ever made! I can't wait till I have time to marinate it!
