Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
Really Good! Prepared recipe exactly as written but used only one tablespoon of flour. I will defenitely make this again. Would also be good with some fresh mushrooms and a little chopped fresh parsley to finish!

WOW! this is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. Prepare it exactly as written you won't be disappointed. I used Panko bread crumbs for extra crunch. Thanks for a real keeper.

Jagerschnitzel

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
Came out really delicious. I was skeptical about mixing bread crumbs(I used Panko), flour and spices in one step but it works. I also sustituted the water for 1/2 can of German beer it gave the sauce more depth of flavor. Thanks for a winner.

Thai Chicken Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
Really Awesome! Made this exactly as recipe calls except substituted a diced jalapeno and some curry powder for the curry paste(didn't have any). I was leary of the mayo but it was great for dipping burgers. Served the patties on a bed of lightly dressed greens lower carb style.

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
Really more of a technique than a recipe this is still EXCELLENT. it is one of those "why didn't I think of that" ideas. I season chicken first and place in baking dish skin side up. Afterr baking covered for one hour drain fat brush with sauce liberally as called for. I then set the oven to convection bake for remaining thirty minutes uncovered. This crisps up the skin and puts a faux grill-char on the chicken. Great Recipe!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Excellent. I added some chopped rosemary to coating mixture and rolled tenderloin tightly in ziplock bag. I let it sit in fridge for about an hour to soak up coating mix, The best tendrloin I have ever made. Thanks for a perfect recipe.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Excellent, easy recipe. Adding 1/2 a diced green pepper, 2 stalks chopped celery and a whole onion chopped while browning the sausage helped to add depth to the soup. I also added more stock(vegetable, cause I had it) as per other reviewers. Thanks for a real keeper!

Arugula, Fennel, and Orange Salad

Really great salad. Served with prime rib on Christmas and was as big a hit as the main course. Dressing and ingredient ratios are spot on.

Cyndi's Shrimp Fajitas

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
Really good! Just added a few drops of hot sauce and small can of green chillies to marinade to spice it up as others suggested. I substituted sliced red and green bell peppers for zucchini. Pretty simple and will definitely make again.

These came out great! I did toast the coconut and almonds first, just because I always do.
