Great recipe -Everyone loves this bean salad even those who might not normally eat something this healthy. Also made this for a pot luck at work - there was nothing left. Do make this ahead of time at least one if not two days ahead. Also this recipe makes alot but it is very good.

Grandma Bellows' Lemony Shrimp Macaroni Salad with Herbs

Great salad - I made for Father's day and it was a hit. I made up the recipe on Friday evening (minus shrimp which I added on Saturday) and was concerned that the lemon was too much but when I tasted it on Saturday it was perfect. I did not add the eggs and used 51-60 count shrimp. I also added Old Bay instead of salt (I am from Maryland couldn't help myself). So good!!!

Guacamole

Best guacamole - I made this once for a family get together (which we do often) and now they always want this as one of the appetizers along with the artichoke salsa recipe on this site.
