Hello! So a little bit about me.. Im a Christian Belarusian, I love fashion designing and may become one in the near future! I enjoy cooking and baking as a hobby. I love delicious food! My favorite things to cook
Zuppa Toscana Soup, Chocolate Muffins/Cupcakes, Biscuits, Chocolate Mousse, Cappuccinos/Frappes, Smoothies, Ice Cream Shakes, Cookies, Cakes, Orange Chicken, Alfredo Pasta, etc.
My cooking triumphs
Once I mixed together 2 different recipes of chocolate cupcakes, adding ingredients that weren't in one but the other, and changing amounts and so on. And the cupcakes turned out incredible!
My cooking tragedies
Once I tried to make Alfredo sauce and for some reason it wouldn't taste like I wanted it to. So i kept adding ingredients that I thought it needed, which made the sauce double in amount. It still wouldn't taste good so I gave up and left it alone, figuring it would taste better later. A couple hours later I took look at it and it turned sour! So I ended up throwing away the whole saucepan of sauce! It was a nightmare! :( But don't worry, I figured out how to make good Alfredo! :)

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
This recipe was definitely one of the best! The sauce was absolutely incredible! But I tweaked my sauce recipe a little buy adding only 1/2 cup of the butter, and you could taste the butter just fine, so if you add the entire 1 cup of it Im sure it'll turn out way to buttery. And for the parmesan cheese, make sure to add all of it, because I didn't, thinking that it'll be too salty, and once I added it to the fettuccine it wasn't salty enough. But the sauce itself was perfect! And also don't add the sauce to the pasta, just add it on your own when you eat it, that way the pasta wont turn crumbly, and I think it'll taste a lot better too!

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
The sauce itself was very good and easy to make! But the inside of the chicken turned out kind of dry :/ So you have to fry it pretty much all the way through (and to make the coating better you need to dip the chicken into the flour first, then in the egg batter, and in the flour again. That way there will actually be some coating on the chicken.) and then when you roast it, it'll finish faster.
