Cream Cheese Kolacky

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2013
These were very similar to my grandmother's recipe which she filled with date filling, apricot filling and raspberry filling. Made these to add to my Christmas cookie platters. cut out tops/bottoms (tops had a star shape cut out of it) and made with raspberry filling for my dad and date filling for my mom. They loved them.

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2013
Made these to go with steak and sauteed mushrooms. I didn't "squish" them enough so they didn't get as crispy as we would have liked but the flavor was spot on. Thank you for the recipe.

Bloody Hand Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
As a "dish" it is ok. I had fun making these and the kids loved the look of them. I thought of using stick pepperoni instead of hotdogs and adding pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. That way when it is cut it "bleeds" sauce and the cheese strings out just adding to the gross factor that teens and kids love.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
I searched this out to make for a district meeting we had to make 3 dozen cookies. I had cake mixes I wanted to use up and made vanilla (confetti cake mix) and walnut cookies, chocolate mint chip and chocolate peanut butter chip chookies. I forgot to add the baking powder to the vanilla cookies and they did not come out as thick as the others but tasty. Had 9 dozen cookies baked and on platters in about 45 minutes!! I think the add ins are a must to make a decent cookie although my teens liked the cookie part also.

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
I made as directed but added some taco seasoning to the ground beef after browning. I also used a can of mild red enchilada sauce instead of the dry mix. A winner with the kids!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
I mixed the chicken, monterey jack cheese, sour cream and cream of chicken soup, and green chilis/onion. I upped the chicken to three cups filled 8 tortillas and had filling/sauce left over so I added about3/4 cup of milk and added over the top of the enchiladas then topped with mexican blend cheese on top, sprinkled with green onions after baking. Delicious!

My Party Cheesecake for a Crowd

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
Have made the crust and filling for my son's graduation party and any time since when I need a dessert for a crowd. The topping I use is from my grandmother's recipe which is a sour cream topping. Then add the fruit glaze or leave plain. Wonderful recipe and thank you so much Liebermmom for sharing!!*******UPDATE****** made this again for my first rotary luncheon and got rave reviews. Would give it another five stars!!

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
This is my go too recipe for deviled eggs. I always use Miracle Whip though. Different brands of horseradish will make a difference so be careful and use one you love. We have two brands of prepared at our store the one with a green top always seems hotter than the one with the white top. Also the creamy horseradish spread you find with the mustards is also good to use just cut down on the mayo a bit.

Grilled Pork Panzanella

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
I used the marinade for the pork but did not make the panzeznella salad. The marinade made the pork tender and juicy, marinaded for about six hours grilled abou seven minutes or so per side until done. Tender and juicy family loved them!

The only change I made was to sub shredded cheddar for processed cheese and slightly decreasing the butter. Well my three duaghters and I liked it but my two boys did not. I added about a tsp of salt and pepper but still came out slightly bland.
