Green Beans with Bread Crumbs
As others have warned, the breadcrumbs did not hold up very well, but the parmesan cheese compensated nicely. I served buffet style on a big platter alongside a roasted pork loin and caramelized shallots. They were especially good the next day as leftovers. Next time I will mix with everything but the breadcrumbs. I will add the breadcrumbs only as a garnish.
