Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2006
make sure you don't add too much dijon because it can really overpower the fish.

Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2006
great for company! suggestions are don't use any water, just use a 1 lb box of the linguine or chinese noodles, use less ginger (maybe 1/2 the amt). you can substitute frozen stir fry vegetables if you want and add chili flakes if you want more spicy!

great! suggestions are to omit the water, cut the chili powder in half (unless you like really spicy!). it was great and stores well for leftovers.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2006
Delicious! only suggestions are that bite size chicken seems better in the quesidilla. 1 lime is enough and can always use a little more cilantro. also guacomole is a good edition.

great, easy recipe. did the following based on others advice and after making it once. if you want less spicy, add only 1 tsp chili powder. also added 1 tsp cumin. used 2 cans chicken broth and did not add water. used only half can of the tomatoes. everyone one of my guests loved this soup!

This was good. Got lots of compliments from the guests. very rich. i used hot italian sausage instead of andouille because my grocery store did not have it. everyone liked it. also you do not need that many lasagna noodles.
