About this Cook
I am in 9th grad and I am home-schooled. I am going to a Co-op called Sound learning(www.kitsapsoundlearning.com). I am a christian and I go to church at Calvary Baptist Church in Chico. My Pastor is Dr. Art Sinski. I have been cooking for about two & a half years. I have been baking frequently for 3 years. My favorite thing to bake is Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. They are very "healthy" for you. My favorite thing to do, besides baking, is rock climbing. I also love to go rock scrambling. If I go somewhere and find a big rock, I will figure out a way to climb it. I also love to collect rocks. I have on sibling and his is one year, two months, and thirty days younger than me. I hope that I did not bore you with a little bit of my background. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! :D
My favorite things to cook
A couple of my favorite things to cook are chicken and pork. I like to marinade my chicken with olive oil, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, sweet mesquite and Garlic Salt seasoning. I prepare pork be cutting it into cubs, then frying them with Garlic salt, Olive oil, a little bit of butter, and lemon pepper. I really love to bake. Mostly I want to decorate a cake but I love to bake cookies. My whole family loves my cookies (and my friends). They almost always comment on them every bite. :) However, I do not bake pies but I would love to learn.

Fudge
This is the best fudge I've ever eaten! It's quick and easy to make, and it is definitely thick enough. I have made this fudge, given it to all of my friends and a couple of my neighbors. They kept going for more! :D

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
OH MY GOODNESS! This recipe is amazing! I made these two days ago for my Dad. He kept going for more. Yesterday I made them for Finger Food Fellowship at my church (every last Sunday of the month) and someone asked me for the recipe! Do not hesitate to try this recipe. It's easy, fun, and absolutely delicious. I did not use graham cracker crumbs in this recipe and I did not use crunchy peanut butter.
