Mom's Nova Scotia Seafood Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2015
Ridiculously good! I substituted crawfish tails for the lobster and added a few stalks of chopped celery. Topped off each bowl with some sea salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. This will definitely be a regular dish during the winter months in our house.

Hungarian Lecso

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
Very easy; not bad in a pinch. I used 4 tbsp butter instead of 1. Sauteed potatoes and garlic for about 10 mins on medium high. I used angus beef smoked sausage as well. A little sweet for my taste, so I juiced it up with some hot sauce. But that's just me.

Helga's Russian Borscht

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
This was the first time that I have ever made Borscht, and this recipe was easy to prep/cook and was very good. I couldn't get my hands on any lamb, so I used beef instead. I will definitely make it again.
