This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake. The recipe was so easy and it turned out perfectly!! Instead of crushing up graham crackers, I used 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. The next time I make this, I will add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of sugar to my crust to make it just a little sweeter. I also used whipped cream cheese instead of the block. This made for a very smooth cheesecake. My friend's daughter from Ohio was visiting with us and she and I couldn't get enough!! I will definitely use this recipe again.
