About this Cook
I am 17 years old. I'm planning on teaching FCS after high school. A few of my favorite things to do are scrapbook, play xbox and cook. With four younger siblings it's always nice to learn new "quick and easy recipes."
My favorite things to cook
I love baking cheesecake! Mostly because cheesecake is my favorite dessert. Recently, I made caramels and they are definitely something I will be making again.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made fried ice cream. I thought it was going be a long and difficult process. But to my surprise they turned out great and it was so much easier than i thought it would be.
My cooking tragedies
I was making the glass for glass cupcakes, and instead of using a wooden spoon to stir I used a rubber spatula. The spatula ended up melting into the glass. Lesson learned.

Cooked Eggnog
I think homemade eggnog tastes WAY better than store bought. I added a bit more vanilla and nutmeg than the recipe called for. This didn't take long to make and I loved the results!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This is one of my favorite recipes. My boyfriend really enjoyed it as well. If you were wanting to save some for left overs, put the sauce on it later. If the sauce is refrigerated it will thicken.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I love how this recipe makes 2 pies. I used a graham cracker crust for one and an Oreo crust for the other. My family liked both of them. It was also very easy to make.
