Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade
Great teriyaki. I couldn't find mirin, so I looked up a substitute. Heated 2 parts sake with one part white sugar and cooked until sugar dissolved. This sauce is very rich. I used it as a base for orange chicken and it was delicious. I will use the same base for sesame chicken.

Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II
I've tried many homemade pizza crust recipes, but have never been completely satisfied until I tried this one. I use a pizza stone and bake at 450. The crust comes out crunchy on the outside and tender and yeasty on the inside. And, I love being able to use the timer on the bread machine because the pizza is ready to make when I get home from work. I just made a spinach pizza with homemade alfredo sauce. It was better than any pizza I've ever had!

Fried Chicken Tenders
Best deep-fry batter I've ever tasted! It works great for anything: fish, shrimp, pork, chicken-fried steak, or chicken parmesan. The bread crumbs are what make this crunchy and delicious. I like to lightly freeze the battered pieces before frying. This keeps the batter from falling off the chicken when you fry it.
