Spicy Shrimp Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
This recipie was easy to make, but it was really really spicy hot. maybe it was just a bit too spicy. I would like to know a way to bring it down a notch.

Shrimp Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
This it alot like what I make on a regular basis. I use Olive oil instead of Sesame, and I use baby chick peas rather then bean sprouts. I leave out the chives and I add in fresh chopped garlic. sometimes I add in sliced carrots and green bell pepper. Over all it's a good base line.

I left out the celery since I didn't have any. I think I liked it that way anyway. It was pretty good. will make again

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
not bad at all. it was the first time I had ever made potato soup. I thought it was a little peppery, but that could be my hormonal taste buds sneaking up on me. haha. will try this one again.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
I am not a big fan of pork chops myself and this is one of the best chops I have ever had. I think next time I will let my sauce thicken just a little more. but I followed the directions exactly but only with 3 pork chops since there is only 3 of us.

It was alright for not being "fluffy" - good for when you don't have alot in the house. probably btter with a soup that you could dip it in.

husband and kids loved it. I've never been a big fan of pork chops, but these weren't as dry as most I have had and the coating was tasty

Marzetti

Reviewed: May 29, 2013
Me and my BIL thought it was alright, my husband and the kids, not so much. I guess we aren't Tomato Paste kind of people. I could really taste that flavor since it isn't something we use often. Might have to try this again sometimes and just use a lot less Paste and add in a little more garlic.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
The recipe was simple and the sauce was even pretty good , although it tasted a bit salty to me. I think maybe cooking this in a slowcooker would be better to make the pork very tender. I am just not a big fan of pork, so this didn't impress me much. However, my husband and son liked it. so I met in the middle.

Chicken Salad Panini

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
This can really go either way. the first time I made it, it turned out great. I used French Bread instead of White bread and I think I used a little less apple for fear I wouldn't like it (I also don't like pecans, so they werwe left out entirly). This last time, I used white bread and a little more apple and I wasn't as big of a fan. I will def make again, just less apple and I will probably go back to the french bread.
