Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

The recipe was simple and the sauce was even pretty good , although it tasted a bit salty to me. I think maybe cooking this in a slowcooker would be better to make the pork very tender. I am just not a big fan of pork, so this didn't impress me much. However, my husband and son liked it. so I met in the middle.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

I am not a big fan of pork chops myself and this is one of the best chops I have ever had. I think next time I will let my sauce thicken just a little more. but I followed the directions exactly but only with 3 pork chops since there is only 3 of us.

Baked Potato Soup

not bad at all. it was the first time I had ever made potato soup. I thought it was a little peppery, but that could be my hormonal taste buds sneaking up on me. haha. will try this one again.

Chicken Spaghetti II

this was really good. however I used mexican Velvetta since that was what I had in the house.. WOW, that was spicy, make sure to use normal Velvetta to be kid - some adult friendly.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

this was amazing. I really didn't expect it to come out as great as it did. We would open the oven from time to time and pour the juices back over the chicken. It was GREAT! Definitly a keeper!!

Chicken Salad Panini

This can really go either way. the first time I made it, it turned out great. I used French Bread instead of White bread and I think I used a little less apple for fear I wouldn't like it (I also don't like pecans, so they werwe left out entirly). This last time, I used white bread and a little more apple and I wasn't as big of a fan. I will def make again, just less apple and I will probably go back to the french bread.
