I made this once and I fell in love with it. It is a very good way to make a dish of corn attractive when being served and it is delicious.I used Miracle Maize cornbread mix with this recipe. I will definitely keep this recipe on hand for whenever I wish to have a delightful corn dish in which to serve family and friends.

Banana Banana Bread

I love this recipe. The bread rose in the pan the way it should appear and the outside crust had a beautiful brown appearance. When I sliced the bread the crust looked like bread crust on a loaf of wheat bread.This recipe will definitely be a keeper to use whenever I have bananas and they are beginning to ripen.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

The first time I made this recipe it wouldn't set up properly. It was sweet though and it actually had a beautiful color and texture. I added marshmallows the second time and I followed Aunt Teeny's Creamy Chocolate Fudge as far as ingredients are concerned (exceptfor the chocolate) and I followed the cooking directions exactly stated and that corrected this recipe and then I had a great peanut butter fudge that set up. Ummmmmmmmm! Now it's good!

Fried Chicken Tenders

I have made this several times and it is very good. I use a deep fryer and it doesn't come out greasy. The dipping sauce is very tasty and I usually spice it up with more Worcestershire sauce before serving.Just follow the directions and you'll do fine.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The roast really was tender and juicy. The gravy you can save to put on the roast or mashed potatoes.The gravy is plentiful for a family of four with left over gravy.This is really an easy recipe to make if you are working around the house and you want something that is delicious but you don't want to fix a pot roast with potatoes, carrots etc.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

You can mix around with the cheeses sharp cheese,mozzarella cheese,monterey jack and it works well for a change of pace. I made it once in an aluminum foil pan instead of the glass dish and it came out a little drier, so it's back to the glass dish.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Great taste and easy to make. Just follow the recipe exactly and you'll do just fine. Except that you will have to make more and more and more and more to please your friends and family. This fudge certainly fills the craving for something chocolate!!! It is sweet and so, so, so, so, rich.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

This recipe make a hearty meal. I followed it exactly except for the turnip which I didn't have on hand in the kitchen and it turned out great. . I've made it a few times and it always turns out the same. No problems with the recipe that I can find.
