Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
Excellent recipe. I doubled the garlic and used red potatoes instead of russet.

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Good, but not great. I took the suggestion of others and used 1 c. ketchup and 2 c. BBQ sauce. The taste was more like 3 1/2 stars, but the ease of preparation and tenderness of the meat made this meal a 4 star. I will use this method again in the future, but will continue to tweak the sauce until it is just right.

Flank Steak a la Willyboy
Very pleased with this recipe. I put in slightly less honey, replaced the chili with red pepper flakes and doubled the garlic. I broiled until the internal temperaure reached 140 degrees and then let it sit for 5 minutes before carving. During this time, the temp rose to 145 degrees and was perfect. I also boiled the extra marinade and used it as a sauce to serve over the meat. Delicious.
