Rainbow Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
Very Similar to the store bought Rainbow Cookies in NY! Although I still think the ones in NY are better! I used a whole Jar of Raspberry Preserves, It looks like a lot but the cakes soak it in and it thins out. You MUST let these sit in the fridge for a couple of days in an airtight container, as with most italian food these get better in time as all the flavors mingle. Also, I did 1/2 of the chocolate and it was still a little to thick. Will make again but will use less chocoalte topping. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is very tasty stuffing, better than traditional stuffing. I do not use the liver though, I use a sage sausage.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
Great on Sandwiches! Put on Rolls with sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms & provolone. I forgot to boil all the ingredients first and instead just threw everything in the crock pot, still turned out yummy! I also did a Chuck & Rump at the same time, Chuck was a lot more tender!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
These look like they took hours but were so quick & easy! Everyone loves, I did regular oreos dipped in white chocolate, rolled in almonds..so good! I also did pb oreos in white/semi-sweet chocolate. You have to put these in the freezer for 30 minutes after rolling. Stick a toothpick in them prior to freezing, then dip in chocolate, its quick, easy & they dont fall apart!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Great Recipe. I made a few changes as others suggested.Used 1 C Milk & 1 Cup Cream, Increased Asiago to 1 Cup, added 1t Cayenne Pepper & 1t Italian Seasoning. I also used canned Stewed tomatos. Overall great flavor and easy. Instead of frying the bacon...I just threw it in the oven when I started to prepare dinner. Will make again.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
So Easy & The kids had a blast making their own mini pizzas ( I divided the dough into three portions) I also used Milk because I wasn't sure the kids would enjoy the beer flavor. My husband loved it as well but requested the beer flavoring for his, as he thought it was a little to sweet. Overall, Easy & Quick. Great.

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
Great Recipe, So Easy! I was told this was one of the peach cobblers ever made. I did change a few things like others suggested: Only 1 Cup of Water, 6 Peaches (Also added Raspberries) and I added vanilla to the dough mixture, and used only 1 C Sugar. Will Make Again For Sure, Mu husband ate almost the whole pan by morning!
