Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is outstanding! The sauce created from the brown sugar and ketchup is wonderful. I didn't have a loaf pan so I just used a square one and upped the brown sugar so I could cover the bottom of it sufficiently. Everyone loved it and my four year old niece, who is not a a big eater, ate a full portion of it.

Cherry Dessert

This is delicious and super simple. The cherries cut the sweetness with a tart note. This was a total winner. To save time I used a premade graham cracker pie crust.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

This is as simple and tasty as it gets. Outstanding as written, I might play with using a little less oil and I used light miracle whip...but only to try to skim some fat. The taste is right on.
