This bread came out tasty and moist as promised. I also followed the comments about mixing the dry and wet ingredients separately before mixing them, and added 1/3 cup of crushed walnuts with a dash of ground cinnamon and cloves (I did not have nutmeg handy). I wish I had added raisins, though. We get Bananas smaller in size compared to USA, so I used five of them (and used extra 15 minutes of cooking time in an electric oven). I replaced sour milk with whipped fresh curd (we make it at home) and the bread has turned out to be very gently flavored, nicely textured and moist. Thank you for sharing!
