Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
I love this recipe - the cookies are fantastic and SO soft! I found that French Vanilla pudding really adds a great taste! Also - even though the dough is tough to mix - I found melting the butter completely helped.

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2004
I love this recipe! I took other suggestions and used 12 ozs of crab and only 1/2 cup of mayo - it turned out great! The family is still raving about it.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Fantastic recipe - not a huge fan of almonds - so I left them out and it was still great!

Old Bay® Grilled Lime Tuna Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2005
This is the best recipe! I've wow'd friends and family - they think I'm a gourmet! Definately use FRESH cilantor though (it is much more flavorful). Also - don't let it marinade too long (or the lime will cook the tuna prematurely).

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: May 29, 2006
I love this recipe! I'm not a great cook - but I kept to the directions and everything turned out perfect! The only mistake I made was cutting the mushrooms too small (because I didn't buy enough of them). My friends are still raving!

This recipe is the best steak marinade I've ever had! My friends and family love it as well! I don't make any additions or substitutions - it's perfect as is!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
This recipe was simple to make and very tasty. I might have added a touch more worsteshire sauce (or maybe some A1) - but overall my husband I really enjoyed it!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
I really enjoyed this recipe! I'm not crazy about soup - but this was not too difficult to make and had wonderful flavor. I used the Gruyere slices instead of Swiss - it was wonderful!

Abby's Chicken Rollatini

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2008
Excellent recipe! I didn't change anything except that I used "thin sliced" Purdue chicken (instead of pounding the chicken out) and used 1 cup of white wine - I cooked it for about 25 minutes and it was PERFECT (and saved time)! I used fresh mozzarella and parmesan which I think also makes a difference. I served this chicken with gorgonzola gnocchi and cold (steamed) snap peas with dill. Excellent recipe – will definitely use again!

Chocolate Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
Easy recipe - good truffles (it's the same type of recipe as fudge - but still very good)! I used some Amaretto for an extra kick of flavor. I used 2 types of toppings - powdered sugar and red sugar - they looked festive and tasted great!

Smashed Cauliflower

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
Great recipe! I only used 1/2 the broth and drained some of the excess. I added sour cream to the recipe and used my hand held pureer to mash it. Will definately use this again!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
Easy - nice recipe - wouldn't use cottage cheese again though (like ricotta much better). Agreed with one review - combine the cheeses, and combine the pasta with sauce (easier to make this way).

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
Great recipe - I use it all the time. It can be a little watery (depending on what type of crushed tomoatoes I use) - but I added in some elbow macaroni which made it even hardier.
