Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This year was my second time making this turkey, and it was delicious as usual. The turkey is moist but most important, it makes the best gravy in the world. I wish I had put more liquid in the bottom this year because we practically drank the gravy!

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2006
I've been making these cookies since I was a kid. But the recipe I had used brown sugar instead of white, and I think it makes the texture better.

Creamy Saffron Shrimp with Gnocchi and Caramelized Onion

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
Delicious recipe! I don't like mushrooms so I left those out. I would do this again perhaps with spinach. Delicious, easy, and light. This might become part of our regular rotation!

Scotcharoos

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
These are tasty, but I found them far too sweet. Will make again but probably increase the amount of peanut butter and reduce the sugar or corn syrup.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Didn't like this at all - way too much vinegar for our tastes.

Ginger Pork Over Spaghetti

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
This recipe is pretty tasty! I kept the ground pork and the spaghetti separate. I think it would taste nice with rice as well; I'm going to try that tomorrow. Also maybe I have a sweet tooth but I added a bit of sugar to the sauce mixture before adding it to the pork. Delicious and easy!

Thai Peanut Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
I love Thai food and peanut sauce is my absolute favorite. This is by far both the best peanut sauce I've made and the best that I've ever tasted. I did make some minor tweaks - added ginger, garlic, and fish sauce - but it is a great recipe. I used it to dress a noodle salad but have plenty leftover so will use it as a dipping sauce as well.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
I really liked this recipe. However I had to make a lot more sauce than the recipe called for. I doubled the sauce and used 3/4 on the chicken, saving the rest to put on rice and vegetables. I used chicken thighs and they came out really nicely.
