BB's Chicken

I made this according to the recipe (except for the cooking time) and liked it alright, but thought it was a bit bland. I'll make it again and maybe kick up the sherry, add garlic, use mushroom soup and fresh sauteed mushrooms. It was 5 stars for how easy it was to make! Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Chile Spaghetti

Made exactly as the recipe states and turned out delicious! My family gobbled it up. Next time I think I'll leave out the green pepper (not a big fan), use fresh sauteed mushrooms and add more garlic. Thanks for the recipe!

Great-Aunt Nina's Noodles and Chicken

Excellent recipe! I followed exactly with the exception of adding a garlic clove. I had trouble making the noodles as directed and had to keep adding flour. (It was my 1st time making noodles.) Next time I'll know to use lots more flour and roll them out on a floured board. Thank you for the recipe Diana!

This was a most excellent recipe! It's really good right out of the oven with some vanilla ice cream!! I think next time I'll use less sugar in the cream cheese mixture, though....it will be every bit as good, I'm sure.

Sausage Balls

I suggest allowing all the ingredients to come to room temperature before mixing, otherwise you may have difficulty getting them to stick together. I did not cook the sausage prior to mixing and baked them for about 17 minutes. I think I'll keep these on hand often for 'breakfast on the run'!

EXCELLENT!!! I LOVED this recipe and so did my family! I will most definitely be making this again. (I layered bread, meat, kraut, dressing, cheese and used Kraft 1000 Island.)

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

I must have done something wrong because I didn't think this was all that great. Maybe I didn't let it bake quite long enough and I definitely think it needs more than 2 cups of fruit--at least 2.5 cups. Having said that, for as easy as it was to throw together, I will be making this again and try to tweak it a bit.

Quick and Easy Chicken and Rice

I made the recipe exactly as written, except I used a Knorr stock pot instead of bullion cubes. HUGE hit in my house. My hubby went back for thirds! Thank for sharing the recipe!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is definitely a keeper! I used a qt of chicken broth, 3 large frozen chicken breasts and 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes. Cooked on high for 4 hours and it turned out PERFECT.

Mexican-Style Goulash

I LOVE this recipe -- so quick and easy!! Delicious!! We like spicier foods so I did as some others recommended: added one can of Rotel tomatoes (in addition to the regular tomatoes), added a tsp. of ground cumin, and served with a dollop of sour cream. This is most definitely going to be a regular meal in our family -- everyone loved it! Thank you for posting the recipe!

Chicken 'n' Biscuits

This was an excellent recipe and I cooked it exactly as written. I didn't care for the leftovers so much because it's *so* much better with the crispy warm biscuits fresh out of the oven. I think that next time I'll cut the recipe in half which would be just enough for our family of 4. Thank you!!
