Jam Filled Butter Cookies

I'm sorry to rate this so low however, I found these cookies to be very tough, thick and lacking in flavor.

Almond Wild Rice

Very good side dish. I served with Cornish game hens with Garlic and Rosemary. Very pleasant meal.

Pumpkin Roll

This is a wonderful recipe. It really makes a big difference to add the nuts. I have also used walnuts. YUMMY!!
