Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2014
Made this last night & thought it was pretty good. It is easy & was well received by the family. I used a rotisserie chicken, & since I was out of cream of celery, used cream of mushroom w/ garlic instead. It looked like way too much liquid after mixing all the wet ingredients, but the stuffing soaked it right up & it was creamy & good. Paired with fresh vegetables, the empty plates told the tale!

Tuna Fish Salad

Reviewed: May 22, 2014
For tuna this is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of tuna fish sandwiches but a couple in the family are, so I made it for them. I upped the recipe to 16 servings as I wanted to use 2 12oz cans. We usually use just celery, onions & mayo and have very boring tuna salad. I read the reviews & added some chopped bread & butter pickles but otherwise followed the recipe, with the exception of the mayo. I cut it pretty much in half & it was good. The lemon, garlic powder & paprika add a nice flavor to it. Thumbs up! Love the site feature to change the serving size! Very helpful!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
Awesome recipe. I took the advise of others, using 1 cup of white sugar & 1/2 cup brown sugar, instead of 1 1/2 cups of white sugar. I also like to add a tsp of vanilla, but otherwise follow to the letter. This is the 3rd or 4th time making this & so far everybody loves it! Thanks for the recipe Rose!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2014
Made this the other night and the family loved it. I read reviews and like others, I used bone in chicken thighs, reduced the butter to 4 Tbsp & doubled the spices. I started with 2 Tbsp of butter then when flipping the chicken, after 20 minutes, added another 2 for the last 20 minutes. I also used a 12 inch cast iron skillet. The chicken was KFC crispy on the outside & moist & tender on the inside. There was NO LEFTOVERS, & I wished I had made a couple more pieces. A little red pepper would spice it up a bit for those who prefer it that way.
