Lime-Marinated Mahi Mahi
Loved it! Great flavor. I was afraid at first there would not be enough flavor. I did let it some of it marinate for 1 hour and it was good but I let some marinate for 6 hours...much better. Was very moist.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
The only bad part was all the stirring, but the recipe was very easy. I made it about 45 minutes ahead of time and put it in the warming drawer and it held great. I did cut back on the mushrooms because it did seem like alot, however I would have liked a few more. Very Tasty.

Best Hot Crab Dip
Very good, the only bad part was that everyone kept asking if it was crab or artichoke dip. The worst part was that I used a really good can of jumbo lump crab, so next time I think I would just cut back on the artichoke. The recipe made a huge amount which was great. I just wanted it to taste more like crab.
