The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
I used whole wheat flour and my bread was a little bland. I had to put butter all over it to make it yummy.

The best Greek Orzo soup recipe! I use more Orzo to make it thicker. I also use the rotisserie chicken from the deli

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
I used the deep dish frozen pie crust from Marie Callenders. I also used fresh ingredients instead of frozen/canned. Oh, and I think swiss is better.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
I love this recipe! I made the meatballs in a muffin pan. They cooked evenly, turning them half way through. I also added parmesan cheese to my mix.

Easy Breaded Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
My breading wouldn't stick. I didn't use a deep fryer, so it probably was my fault. The flavor was good.

Carla's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I made this yesterday and served it with assorted fruit. I was good enough to eat on it's own! I followed the other reviewers by using strawberry cream cheese and adding crushed pineapple.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

So good! I can't believe it's so easy. I used the new Olive Oil Mayo by Craft because that is all I had. It was still delicious! Thank you!

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
These were awesome! My only change was adding 1/4 cup Karo Syrup (this helps the consistency, so they don't crumble as easily). They taste just like back in the day!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2006
I thought the onion was a little overpowering. I added garlic and crushed black pepper. I think it's missing something, kind of bland. Instead of using butter crackers for the topping, I used crushed up foccacia crutons. they added a lot of flavor, and I wished I had put a layer of them in the middle.

The Ultimate Brownie

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2005
These were really good and simple to make. I wanted to make brownies and didn't want to have to go shopping. This recipe is made with ingredients normally in your pantry. They were a little rich (dark chocolate taste vs. milk chocolate) for my taste. I would recommend making a fudge frosting and serving with milk or vanilla ice cream. They were a hit at my house.

Bacon Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2005
This recipe was pretty good. I would recommend spraying PAM before adding the ingredients into the glass dish. I used cut up sausage patties instead of bacon, and it was yummy. It has a strong onion flavor too.
