This one's been added to my recipe book. I've made a couple of adjustments, like using only ground beef. It's a hit with the family! Thanks alot Rayna!

The Best Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
I had never made meatballs before and was a little skeptical that they'd turn out. And guess what, they turned out beautifully. I used just ground beef, and used parmesan cheese instead of Romano. Very tasty! Thanks Geanine!

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2004
A super-easy recipe. This is my tried and true recipe. I have the store-bought crust and have added one can of cream of celery to the ingredients. I also broil or stir-fry the chicken to speed up cooking time.

Butter Tarts II

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
An easy recipe to follow. Perfect for those store-bought tart shells. The filling did "puff-up" for me in the oven, but goes down as it cools off. Excellent recipe! Thanks!

Peanut Butter Honey Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
This is an easy recipe, with little mess involved. The combo of pb and honey reminded me of the pb sandwiches Mom used to make...I didn't put nuts in mine, and used 1/2 cup rice crisp cereal instead of the graham crackers, and they turned out fine. Make sure to cover these in the fridge or they'll dry out!
