Pizza Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
The flavoring is delicious! The entire family loved it, BUT I needed to add an egg and 1/4 cup bread crumbs as a binder or they completely fell apart on the grill. I will definitely make these again but will always add the egg and bread crumbs.

Harvest Salad

Delicious salad. I did not have walnut oil and substituted it with olive oil. Still very good. I could eat this salad every day and never get sick of it.

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
My children love this version of haystacks. I popped them into the freezer for 30 minutes when done and they are especially crunchy when served chilled. For a more adult version, I stirred in chopped walnuts and cranberries. Very easy and delicious. I will make these again and again.

Slow Cooked Teriyaki Venison

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
The gravy is very good. Pineapple juice is equally as good as apple juice in the recipe. My meat had fully cooked after three hours, so watch the time. I needed to heat my gravy in the microwave on high for 10 minutes and whisk it in order to thicken it properly. I will make this again.

Baked Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2011
Very good. I used shredded cabbage instead of carrots as that's what I had on hand. I cooked them on top of a cooling rack on a pan and turned them half way through cooking. These can also be frozen for serving later.

Easy Teriyaki Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
I used this on boneless chops and enjoyed the flavor. I did find the marinade a bit salty so I added 6oz. pineapple juice to dillute the salt a bit. The flavor was good and this is a super easy marinade to whip up.

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
This is a good weeknight meal because it is quick prep and the ingredients are typically on hand. The recipe should specify the size of the chicken breasts because even halving those I purchased, the cook time was much longer than the recipe indicated. Perhaps it is because I used frozen vegetables? I think it took about 90 minutes to get the chicken to 160 degrees.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
The mayo keeps the chicken very moist during the cooking process. I added 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese to the mayo for extra flavor. My kids enjoyed it because it's similar to chicken nuggets. This turned out wonderful.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
Yummy and easy! I used three boneless, skinless chicken breasts and put them in uncooked. After about three hours they were fully cooked. I removed them, shredded them and then I returned the meat to the pot for another hour of cooking. The soup was delicious.

Veggie Pizza Faces

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2011
We sectioned the pizza and arranged four faces on one large whole wheat crust. We had lots of fun attaching the various vegetables using the ranch dressing. However, when it came time to bake it, the kids wanted only pepperoni and cheese (as usual). We moved most of the toppings to our side of the pizza (we have two children). We will definitely make this again and I think it would be a fun idea for a child's party.

Out of this World Pasta Salad

A quick, easy weeknight meal. I doubled the veggies and added a few extras I had in my refrigerator, including chopped zucchini and red onion. I used light mayo and fat free milk to mix the packet and it was yummy.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
My new favorite dish. After finishing it up last night, my son asked me if we could have it for dinner again tonight. Mine did not get sticky either but I thought it was because I added a package of sliced mushrooms and a sliced red onion after I cooked the chicken. I then coated the mixture with the sauce and cooked as directed. It made the dish more of a stir-fry. Delicious.
