Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2012
Delicious! I put it over Japanese Boton rice and brocolli florets, it was soo good. I added 1 Cup of white wine to make it saucier. I also shredded the chicken at the end. I didn't have a full pack of cream cheese, I used what I had and it was perfect! I will try this with Cream of Mushroom next time since that's my favorite. Great recipe, a nice chage! Thanks for sharing!

Baklava

I have made this recipe over and over and it is requested by everyone when I go to a party. It is so easy, but tastes like I have slaved over it for hours! Incredible and it always disappears. Onlt thing different for me is the cooking time, I only bake for about 40 min.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Loved this! I used Navy beans and White Northern because its our prefrence. I loved it! My kids found it a tad bit spicy so I will add 1/2 pack of taco seasoning next time for their sake. I used frozen corn and a large 15 oz can of tomato sauce because it was what we had. Next time I will also add a can of chicken broth just because it was so thick and I like it soupy. Fantastic recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Fabulous!! Even better the next day! I accidentally purchased vegetable soup instead of the onion, but I can't imagine any better and it was so easy. I used eye of the round roast. Can't wait to make it again.

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Fabulous! Even better on day 2. I used a pack of portabella mushrooms because I had no canned and I made 1 1/2 times the recipe with 2 crusts. This really filled them up with the mushroom addition. I also used plain feta cheese, but it was still amazing. I shared with my 2 friends and my family and got thumbs up all around, and my family is hard to please! I am going to try this as mini quiche appetizers for a Christmas party. Really good!

The best! This is my favorite party dish...it is always 5 star. A huge croud pleaser. Too easy to be so perfect. In a rush, I don't roast the garlic, still yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2007
I used 4 very ripe bananas because it was all I had. My bread was perfect! I love the fact that it is not too sweet. I like to enjoy the banana taste without sugar overpowering it. This was very easy and turned out perfect in 1 hour. Next time I may try with chopped walnuts. Loved it!

Creamy Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
I liked this okay, but vegetables shouldn't make you feel guilty. It was creamy and fattening I am sure. I added fresh garlic, but some pepper would have helped. I like the fact that you can add your own flavor...but do add. My husband loved it, but said not to make it again due to health guilt. It would be fine for a work party or a special occasion

Very good bread. I put it in the bread machine and then did the baking in the oven for a prettier loaf. It was perfect!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2007
I had 4 of the pickiest eaters (my kids)in the world, my husband and 2 other child guests that were visiting and EVERYONE loved this recipe!! It was very plain, making this so versitile. I don't like BBQ, so I loved it plain, most of the family added BBQ sauce. My parents had the leftovers the next day and they too loved it and are talking about buying a slow cooker after eating this delish recipe. I liked being able to put it in the night before and having it ready for dinner since mornings are so hectic around here. I don't like pork...until now, thanks for the recipe, it will be on our menu often. The large roast yields plenty, so plan on lots of leftovers that are even better the next day!

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
I picked this recipe because I love Ginger. I totally over cooked this chicken due to an unexpected visitor outside. Anyway, my 4 year old is soo picky and she devoured it...TWICE!! It was very good. My husband even had seconds. I had to use some terriaki sauce for part of the soy because I ran out, but it was still delicious! I also used egg noodles because I didn't have the time for my rice to cook. Again, still great! I will make this regularly! Thank you!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2005
My family loved it...a first. I had to use 1.25lbs of ground turkey and a lime marinade instead of the lemon juice, also I didn't use the onion...we were out. It was still quite good and very easy.
