Definitly some of the BEST cookies I have ever had. The changes we made were....we took out the white sugar and brown sugar and substituted Splenda sugar and brown sugar and couldn't tell any difference. Good stuff, thanks for the recipe!!!

Classic Texas Caviar

Made this to go along with a big BBQ I did. Everyone was a tad leery at first until they tried it, then it was gone in no time. Matter of fact, I didn't even get to try it. Thanks for the recipe!

Turkey Brine

I made a "test run" utilizing the recipe and it was out of this world, very moist and flavorful. I soaked the turkey in a 5 gallon bucket for approximatly 36 hours, then put it on the smoker, came off golden brown and tastey!! Thanks!

Strawberry Salsa

Made this for a group of about 30-40 people (doubled the recipe)everyone really enjoyed it. It was hot outside and the strawberries made the salsa just a little different to peak people interest. Thanks!

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

This was a awesome recipe! A couple changes I made was I boiled a whole chicken to get the chicken meat and chicken broth and instead of salsa I used a fresh made pico de gallo. Me and my wife loved the soup and gave it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for the recipe.
