These were perfect! The top of the muffins were crunchy and the inside was nice and moist. These are the only muffins I have made I could make every week. My husband and son loved these as well as the rest of my family. Great use of browning bananas! Yummy!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This bread turned out great! The bread was moist and flavorful, and it made my house smell wonderful. I love serving this bread warm with butter and a big glass of milk.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These were awesome! My husband and son loved these. I have added them to my annual Christmas baking list. They stayed soft and chewy for days. These cookies turned out so good, I have gave them to my neighbors and family as small thank you gifts! Everybody loved them!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I tend to have issues keeping my meatloaf moist, and with this recipe I had no problems! Very easy and very good. I did add Worchestire sauce to the ketchup/brown sugar mixture. Not an exact amount, I just poured some in. This will be kept in my recipe book for many years. Thanks for sharing!

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was very good and easy! My husband and son (who is only 2 years old) really enjoyed this. I had a 1-inch piece of salmon, so the cooking time was a bit longer. This recipe is a keeper!

Jo's Rosemary Bread

This bread turned out really nice. I did not change any of the recipes and made it all in my bread machine. I made two loaves and will be giving it to my cousin and his fiance for a congrats gift on their engagement! I will recommend them to rehead and cover in buttera salt then dip in olive oil and pepper

Carrot Cake III

This turned out really good! My mixer caught on fire and I was unable to use it, but hand mixed the frosting instead. Was very creamy! Recieved rave reviews from family over the weekend. Will make again but his time will try and use to round cake pans and layer frosting in between and on all sides!!!

Vidalia Onion Tomato Pizza

This pizza was very yummy! It took me 2x to get the crust just right. **Not experienced with bread making!** But once I figured it out we have been making homemade pizza instead of ordering out. Thank you so much for sharing this! Any other recipes you would like to share from your pizza kitchen? : )

Veggie Delight on Garlic Bread

Garlic Pita Bread Bites

I make these Garlic Pita Bread Bites to go with the Veggie Delight on Garlic Bread recipe. I made the two together for a dinner party. Everyone loved them! Nice and crunchy and plenty of flavor!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

This is just another variation of the traditional grilled cheese sandwich... just remember to spray your pan with pam, so the sandwiches don't stick. Great Recipe!! Thank you for sharing....

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

I used this recipe with low fat ground beef and it turned out superb! I usually struggle with my meat loaf drying out, but this time it remained moist all the way through. Great Recipe! Thanks for sharing...
