Egg and Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2005
No doubt this is worth 5 stars!!! The green chilis were what made it - don't leave them out. I will though make it a little less fattening next time by substituting ham for bacon, use fat free cottage cheese, and much less butter! Thanks for a great recipe!

Lentil Chili II

This was okay, but it needed more flavor. My husband didn't like it at all.

Almond Crunch

Very very good! Needs much more almonds though. The second time I made this I used 2 cups and it couldn't have been more delicious!

Summer Squash Casserole

This was edible, but not something I would care for again. Maybe by me using light sour cream & decreasing the butter left it a little on the bland side.

Chocolate Chess Pie II

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2005
This was so very delicious! I had to give some away to keep from eating it. It does need to cool completely so you can cut it - it is worth the wait.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
This turned out perfect! I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving (which was injected with jalapeno seasoning prior). I omitted the jalepeno and used just a dash of cayenne since my kids would be eating it. I did not have any trouble with the thickness. I just cooked it 20 minutes uncovered at a low boil. Once the cheese was added at the end, it was plenty thick. Very good & will now be a day after Thanksgiving/decorate the tree tradition!

Banana Pudding III

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2005
This was a very great recipe for banana pudding. Next time I will add at least one more banana and not dip them in lemon juice which gave my pudding a little tart taste.

Bland - not a good fish recipe. I will certainly not be making this again.

Orange Coconut Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2005
Absolutely Wonderful!!!!! My husband raved over it. He said it was "worthy to serve to company for dinner." It was a perfect combination of flavors - make sure you make the dipping sauce. I will probably double the recipe for the dipping sauce next time. I either cooked it too thick, or it just wasn't enough for four fillets.

Chicken Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
I was so pleasantly surprised at this recipe! I used rostisserie chicken and Newman's Own instead of Classico. I used oven ready lasagna noodles, but don't recommend them b/c they were too firm. My family loved it - will be making this again for sure.

Pumpkin Cookies VI

NOT cookies! As I was spooning onto a cookie sheet, I was thinking I should be pouring this cake batter into a cake or loaf pan. Quantities are way wrong on this.

I've never liked cooked cauliflower, but we all loved this! I agree that the more toasted the better.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2005
We really liked this pie. I used fresh blueberries, and they were either a little tart or the recipe needed more sugar. I recommend tasting your blueberries first and determining how much sugar it needs. Other than that it was very good.
