Thanksgiving Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2013
This recipe is really good except I only used half of the cheese it suggested. If I had used the suggested amount it would have been way too much.

This was a pretty good recipe. It could use some salt and pepper though.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
I loved this! I omitted the regular onion and basil and replaced it with green onion. It turned out great. Plus I used light sour cream instead of half-and-half to lower the calories. Delicious!

Simple BBQ Ribs

A perfect and easy way to make bbq ribs. Even though I'm a novice cook. It turned out like a pro!

I thought this recipe was excellent! I did double the broccoli and cheese and went a little easy on the cornstarch. Really delicious!

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
So simple and delicious! I agree, you need to find a really good bbq sauce to use and stop halfway to drain the fat. Who says cooking a great meal has to be complicated?

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
This was a good recipe. I made some changes like using chicken breasts cut up instead of canned and I sauted the onion first. I think it would've been nice to have some sort of crunchy top to this recipe too. I think next time I will add some cracker crumbs. But really, thanks to the poster- this is a keeper.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

Reviewed: May 11, 2008
I made this yesterday for a potluck with a group of friends. Hands down, it was the best thing there! My friends raved about it and gave me "salad" duty for this next week too! I did make twice the dressing that the recipe calls for since it just didn't seem enough for such a big salad and I added pineapple chunks as well.

Simply Potatoes® Easy Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
This recipe was a hit at a potluck with my friends. I couldn't find the Simply Potatoes so I used instant. I don't think they were as good as the other ones would've been, but no one noticed. I added a half a bag of frozen peas and carrots to the mix too. Delicious!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
Very good! Pretty salty though, so I'd consider getting low sodium cream of chicken soup.

Irish-Style Lamb Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
I tried this recipe for an Irish themed party and everyone liked it. I thought the lamb flavor in it was really strong though and kind of overpowers the other flavors in the stew. So if you really enjoy that flavor then this is perfect.
