Handsome Party Punch
A very easy to make and very tasty. I added a package of frozen strawberries, and the whole bowl was gone very fast. Should have made 2x as much.

White Wine and Garlic Dream Cream
Too Much Lemon, not thick enough, not enough garlic, and not "creamy". You may also want to chop the shallots. I ended up having to doctor the sauce quite a bit to even get it close to tasting ok. I used it with the basil pasta recipe that is on this site, and the contrast between the green pasta, and the white sauce was nice, but don't waste your time. The white pepper also isn't the best idea. Cracked black pepper worked better. Overall, I was sad that I wasted a half bottle of wine on this sauce when my dinner guests and I could have sipped it with a good sauce.

Focaccia Bread
My first time making bread! Very easy to make (I used a quisinart to mix the dough), smells wonderful while cooking. The dough didn't rise that much (even with warm water), and bread came out rather dense, but tasted good regardless. Wonderful served with olive oil, and presentation is wonderful with melted cheese on top. Will definitely make this again! Gave it 4 stars because it lacks the extra "oomph" that similar restaurant breads have...Missing something, but it is still very good.
