EXCELLENT! I've made these three weeks in a row, and the people at work LOVE them. My two suggestions: Instead of making cookies, make one huge bar cookie and cut up. And, and add soaked raisins. I did this the last time I made these, and they got even better reviews then the cookies themselves. I made a double batch (with 1 cup soaked raisins) and baked all the dough in a 11x17 jelly roll pan. I waited for it to cool, cut them with a pizza cutter, and frosted them individually, like I did the cookies. They were a HUGE hit at work!
