Classic Bran Muffins

I found them a little bland since I don't like them with raisins so I used chocolate chips they were yummy. Otherwise I stuck to the recipe as is.

Quick and Easy Brownies

I only used a cup of sugar as that was all I had on used just over a cup of flour and ended up cooking it for about 45 minutes in and 8 x 8 square pan. It turned out super chocolatey, but still a little cakey, I just wish I had icing sugar to make icing because a fudgy icing would be tastey on this.

Chocolate Sauce

I used as is but I used less sugar and it came out with a rich bittersweet taste it was great. It froze well too.
