World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2007
This was great. I did make a few changes like adding sweet relish, celery seed and cutting the onion in half. My husband asked if I had stole his aunt's recipe. A friend of ours had a little that we had left over a couple days later, and said it was so good he went out the next day to get some from a store. He was so upset with it he ended up throwing out the store brought brand saying that after eating my potato salad and then eating that it didn't even compare and that I definitely had to make him some more so he could satisfy his craving. I have finally found a potato salad that can stand up to my husband's aunts recipe and I don't have to wait for holidays to get it!!! This will be my go to recipe from now on. Thanks this is a winner.

Basil Tomato Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
These were ok. I didn't care for the sauce it seemed a bit much but lacking. I don't know, maybe it was to many tomatoes or something.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
These were good. I didn't have as many porkchops as I thought. So I used two chops and two chicken breast. I actually like this on the breast better, because the chops were a little drier and tougher and didn't absorb the flavors as well as the chicken did. But they were still pretty good. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
This was very good. Comfort food. I fixed it and the very next day came down with a horrible cold. So this was perfect timing even though I was under the weather. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Potato Casserole III

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
This recipe is wonderful. Yes it is sweet, but you can adjust it to your taste. I think I cut back a little on the sugar and the condensed milk, but if I did it wasn't by much, because I also double the recipe. I added a few things like nutmeg, cinnamon, and a little OJ/lemon juice, which ever I had on hand. It was wonderful, I made it for Thanksgiving last year and then was asked to make it again 3 times before Christmas came around. It was a big hit and everyone has already requested it again for this years festivities. Definitely a new holiday tradition for my family and a keeper! Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Chicken Papadoris

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
This was okay. It seemed like it was missing something to me. It reminded me of curry chicken but a little off. I think I'll stick with my regular curry chicken though. thanks for the recipe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
This was awesome. I didn't have time to marinate this as long as it was suppose to, I only had a couple of hours and then I cooked it a 300 for about 4 hours. It was wonderful and the chicken was so tender it was falling off the bones. My husband almost cleaned the chicken the first night barely leaving enough for left overs. This is a definite keeper. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Maria's Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
This was wonderful. The best pepper steak I've found yet. The only thing I did was bump up the garlic and used regular vinegar because I didn't have red wine vinegar. It turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
This is awesome!!! My husband couldn't stop picking at this while I was fixing it and devoured it at dinner. I left out the mushrooms because I didn't have any and used regular onion instead of green. I didn't have the green pepper either, but even missing those components it was still outstanding. This will definitely be a family favorite. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Bourbon Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
this was really good, a little salty from the sauce but still good. I left the bourbon out because I didn't have any and after reading some of the reviews decided not to bother with buying any. I will however use a low sodium soysauce or maybe water it down a little so that it wont be so salty next time. Other than that I think it definitely has 5 star potential. thanks for the recipe.
