Really good! I added beans that I had made the day before and instead of the whole tomatoes I used 2 cans of Rotel (10 oz.)

It was a hit, next time I'll use 7-up instead of ginger ale since they taste the same, I didn't know this till I bought the ginger ale and tried it, duh!

Meatloaf California

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2008
very good! I didn't measure the veggies so not sure if added what was posted but it was great. As for the sauce I didn't make it since I had honey BBQ sauce which was awesome on top! I wanted to get rid of stuff in my pantry.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 7, 2008
OMGoodness! sooooooo yummy and goey, yumm I did some changes though, 1-1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 cups oats (no chips), 3/4 cup unsalted butter. It was sooo awesome, also, don't go over 10 minutes, when u scrape them up they'll be falling apart but when they cool off they'll be very chewy. Next time I'll add macadamia nuts and dust powder sugar on top....thank you!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
mmmmmmmmmm...... I had over ripped bananas so I got on here to see what I could make with them and I found this awesome recipe. When I first seen the picture of these I thought it had poppy seeds but it was the strings of the bananas that made the black thingys in them. They are sooooo good!

Mama's Ambrosia

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
Very good and esp. with the nuts! it gives it a crunchy texture to go with the sweetness of the marshmallows. Oh and it must be the rainbowed marshmallows cause it makes a big difference.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
YUMMY, My hubby loved it! I took the advice of a reviewer and didn't use the salt, ginger or nutmeg, instead I used 2 tsp. of pumpkin spice and 1 tsp. of cinnamon, I thought I'd try it since I had a new pumpkin spice jar. Anyway, this pie came out great! thanks!!

Pumpkin Muffins I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
First of all, I didn't use raisins. Then I added 1/4 more of brown sugar and since I made my own self-rise flour (add baking powder and salt) I didn't add anymore salt to it. The first batch came out a lil salty so on the second one I didn't add the extra salt. And yes, these would taste better with walnuts but making them for kids and don't know if they have nut allergies. Oh and adding more pumpkin pie spice sounds like a great idea! will try that next time
