I used whole grain oats and my boyfriend and my co-workers devoured these. Great taste and may try with less sugar next time as they could be made fairly healthy.

America's Best Buffet Casserole

I made this for my boyfriend with a few tweaks. The boxes of potatos I had were smaller sized, so I pretty much doubled up the recipie, but i only had one can of cream of mushroom so used some cheddar cheese soup. It was so creamy and cheesy! I left out the mushroom as he doesn't like them and he suggested adding in another veggie next time like green beans.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I made this for a BBQ at my house and the guests are still raving about it. My daughter, who doesn't like spicy food couldn't stop eating it. Now it is football season and I am getting game day requests for it! The guys love it. Used my mini crock pot and it doesn't have a temp adjustment, so after a while it burnt a little, so will need to remember to keep it stirred. For those that didn't like celery, i used "scoops" chips and this worked quite well. Looks a little greasy, but tastes great
